Refund policy
RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY
- Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that there is a restocking fee of 25% of the amount paid by the customer for the return of a product that has been approved by the Store to cover shipping and processing costs.
- Our Outlet products that are marked as "Sale" are not refundable.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please return the items within 5 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, We DO NOT provide return label to domestic or international orders.
If you received a product that you do not want or are not your size, you can make a return request by email addressed to: info@jdfashion.store,within a period of seven days from the date of receipt confirmation.
The mail must include the following information:
- Name of the person who placed the order.
- Mailing address, email address and phone number of the person requesting the return.
- Order number
- Order date
- Receipt Confirmation Date
- Part ID number
- Product description
- Reason for the return request.
- Photos that prove the reason for the return request, if applicable.
Once the requests received, the company will attend and be evaluated within a period of up to 3 (days) by its administrative staff. When authorized by the company, the customer may send the part for physical inspection, without this guaranteeing that the return will proceed. The shipment of the part must be done within 24 (hours) hours near the company response sent by email.
In all cases, the following rules shall apply:
- Return requests will proceed, within the period of 5 (days) from the receipt of the order. When authorized by the company, the customer must send the part within 24 (hours) of the company's response by email. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. All expenses covered by the store such as shipping and refund label will be deducted from your credit at the time of return.
- The company may, but will not be required to review, requests for product changes, after 5 (days) received by the consumer.
- The items subject to change must be in the same condition as they were shipped. The price label and/or branding, decals, safety or hygiene stickers, nor use of any kind, the product must have been fully noticed, unused, unscented, without markings of any external agent including but not limited to lipsticks, ink, paint, without evidence of washing or any other alteration..
- In cases where the company authorizes the change or return, the customer will receive a credit to use within 90 days of being granted and will pay for the shipment. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. All expenses covered by the store such as shipping and refund label will be deducted from your credit at the time of return.
- The company reserves the right to launch special offers explicitly stating that it will not be subject to change. This means that you will not be subject to the above process.
- In all cases, the customer will bear the cost per shipment.
- THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO WIG, EYELASHES, GIFT CARD, WHICH FOR SAFETY REASONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- This Policy does not apply to Services offered, which once provided, will not be subject to returns.
DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
All products that come out of our facilities are thoroughly examined and we strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you receive a damaged product, in its original packaging, you must write us an email immediately you receive the product to info@jdfashion.store Notifications received after of 24 (hours) from the confirmation of delivery of the product, will not be considered for the purposes of this policy.
The mail must include the following information:
- Name of the person who placed the order.
- Mailing address, email address and phone number of the person claiming.
- Order number
- Date of receipt
- Part's r-identified number
- Product description
- 2 Clear photos, with sufficient illumination and resolution to allow the examination in detail of the alleged defect.
Damages covered by this Policy are not damages the product may have suffered during shipping.
The damage covered is those manufactured only and the product must be noted in full, unused, unscented, without marks of any external agent including but not limited to lipsticks, ink, paint, without evidence of washing or any other alteration other than exclusively the damage of manufacture.
Defects or damages of manufacture will be evaluated by our team and the determination to provide you with a change or credit, will be at our sole discretion..
The part must be returned at a maximum term of 24 (hours) from the date of confirmation of the receipt and the customer will cover the shipping costs. If we understand that this is indeed a manufacturing defect, and we will change the part, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement. If the customer receives a credit, he/she will be responsible for shipping the parts he/she acquires when using the credit.
Credits will be valid for 30 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jdtrendyfashion@gmail.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned.
External Suppliers; We are a corporation that uses external suppliers for the purchase and sale of its products. If the product you purchased does not satisfy you, the shipping process is directly with the supplier, so we will send you the address and authorization for the return of the product when the supplier authorizes it.
